Leret Partnership Design Review Panel Final Report

From 2024-25 the L&DCPS participated in the Design Review Panel (DRP) process for the Leret Partnership Joint Venture's proposals for the Bull Hill and Swan Centre sites in Leatherhead.

 

We were asked to keep the contents confidential but were told that the DRP reports would be made publicly available in the event of the scheme becoming the subject of a planning application.

Planning application MO/2025/02695 was launched in early December 2025. We successfully lobbied to extend the deadline for public responses from 6 January 2026 to 14 January 2026. However, the DRP reports were not made publicly available as promised. From December we chased these regularly, and it was not until 13 February 2026 that we finally received the shareable report and responses.
