Running Places 2024
In 2023 we were delighted to win a £12,000 Community Capacity Building and Infrastructure Support Grant from the Levelling Up Fund and Mole Valley District Council.

After 12 months of hard work stretching the money as far as possible we were delighted to launch our 'Running Places' project, featuring a new local footbridge, a 40-page booklet about Splash Island, professional tree safety surveys and tree surgery, countryside conservation work, professional meadow grass cutting, new signage, litter banners, conductivity probes for testing inorganic matter in river water, support for local schools with Outdoor Play And Learning wildlife areas, and research into local history and help with curation of the area's finest historic objects.
